The Kusteeveer Khashaba Jadhav Foundation is licensed under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Licence No. 159574) — forty years, to the day before, of Khashaba Jadhav's passing on 14 August 1984.
25 November 2024
The Income Tax Department grants provisional registration under Section 12A and approval under Section 80G, making eligible donations tax-deductible.
25 April 2025
Registration on NITI Aayog's NGO Darpan portal (MH/2025/0608213), a prerequisite for government grant eligibility and a public marker of good standing.

Khashaba Jadhav's own unfulfilled ambition, and the Foundation's founding project. Work is at the planning and partnership-building stage; governments, federations and CSR partners are invited to participate.
