The terms governing your use of khashabafoundation.org and khashaba.in.

These terms apply to both websites maintained by the Kusteeveer Khashaba Jadhav Foundation — khashabafoundation.org and khashaba.in. By using either site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.
The Kusteeveer Khashaba Jadhav Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U88900PN2024NPL233550), registered office at 1599, Arihant Galaxy, Flat No. F-1, Civil Hospital Road, Sangli, Maharashtra 416416, India.
Both sites are provided for informational and educational purposes — to explain the Foundation's mission and work, and to preserve the life and legacy of Khashaba Dadasaheb Jadhav. You may browse, read and share pages freely. You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape at scale, or misrepresent your affiliation with either site.
Original written content on both sites, and the Foundation's name, emblem and branding, belong to the Kusteeveer Khashaba Jadhav Foundation. You may quote khashaba.in's archive content with attribution to khashaba.in, consistent with the credit line stated in its footer, and the classroom materials on its Research & Education page may be freely photocopied for teaching use provided the credit line is kept.
Historical photographs on both sites are reproduced under the licences noted beside each image (public domain, Government Open Data Licence — India, or Creative Commons); reuse of those images is governed by their individual licence terms, not by us. Third-party video embeds (for example, on khashaba.in's Videos page) remain the property of their original creators; we do not claim ownership of them.
Donations to the Foundation are voluntary contributions in support of our charitable objects under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, and are applied solely to those objects. Eligible donations qualify for deduction under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, and a receipt will be issued for every contribution. Donations, once made, are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at the Foundation's discretion in cases of genuine error. Once an online payment channel is live on this site, its use will also be subject to the separate terms of our bank or payment gateway.
We take care to keep both sites accurate — khashaba.in in particular documents its sources and openly notes where historical accounts disagree, rather than smoothing over the discrepancy. Even so, both sites are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, and we do not guarantee that every fact, date or figure is free of error. Both sites link to external websites — news coverage, video platforms, government portals and more. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those external sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of either site.
We may update these terms from time to time, particularly as online giving and other features go live. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Sangli, Maharashtra.
